The Rights of Bolognese is the first court case of IckyCord in a failed attempt to establish the rights of Bolognese. Within this pivotal court case legal entities, legislature, territories, were established.

Spurred by an innocuous comment "ADHD Rabbit Hole" by YumeNoZen on November 5, 12:40pm PST, ByteBak came forward as Bolognese's legal representative to seek damages. The incident escalated to an international issue when The States put forward Mystchevious to object on the rights of Bolognese. The state's defense being Bolognese has no defined rights as neither a citizen of the US or UK. Thereby cementing The States refers to a body that encompasses at least the 2 countries of the US and UK. Furthermore, other applicable laws such as the Geneva Convention don't apply as Bolognese is not a human, as such doesn't quality for human rights protections. The prosecution proceeded to establish Bolognese as an ambassador of IckyCordia with diplomatic immunity as defined by Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations 1961. Subsequently undermining the defense by calling them a "speciesist".

The use of name-calling succeeded by derailing the defense to belittle "North F1nncordia" with the statement, "Clearly their client is a refugee from North F1nncordia. North F1nncordia as state so riddled with corruption that even Their Princess has denounced the entire state. And in doing so excluded themselves from any diplomatic ties with Ickycordia."

The gambit thrown by the prosecution was successful and the prosecution proceeded undermine the defense by asking the court to strike the previous counsel's remarks from the court. Proceeded to establish Bolognese male gender, status as a family man, and authority with the statement, "My client's close relationship with the Boss Lady, which is a matter of public record, prove that he is a loyal citizen of Ickycordia and a worthy Ambassador". The prosecution ended by citing legislature, "Under the 2020 Recognition of Adulthood in Intelligent Non-human Species Act as passed into law by the Ickycordian legislature, the legal age will be determined according to the expected life-span of the species and the development of Adult characteristics".

In the rapidly evolving court case, the prosecution's gambit was declared successful too early. As it was simply a tactic to lure the prosecution into a false sense of security, whereby, the prosecution proceeded to establish Bolognese isn't older than the age of maturity for his species, "The Client and their sibling Rigatoni are clearly a juveniles even under the Non-Human Species act of 2020. Three months does not constitute an age of maturity according to medical science the age of maturity let alone consent does not occur until at least 5 years of age have passed". The prosecution masterfully proceeded to eliminate the possibility of an argument for emancipation, by establishing the minimum age for Emancipation in the state of North Fincordian as, "the client can kill the Ender dragon from the start of seed in a period of no more than 4 hours".

With the prosecution having introduced age as an argument for establishing legal identity, this opened the door for the defense to introduce new evident into the court, with a video establishing the client is, "still wholly dependent on their mothers for everything".

The prosecution chose to ignore the misgendering of Bolognese's (presumed) father F1nn5ter and proceed with withdrawing the case without prejudice and reserving the right to re-enter the case in an international court.

This court proceeding strained diplomatic relations, as Bolognese's government chose to sever diplomatic relations forthwith.
